She specialises in sales strategy, marketing, operations, and team development, helping companies to streamline operations for sustainable growth. With a people-first mindset influenced by her hairdressing background, she values trust and personalised solutions. After a decade in corporate sales, Sarah recognised her strength in understanding unique business challenges, leading her to establish Volumise Consultancy, a solutions-driven firm aiding businesses at every stage. She tackles small businesses' main challenges—people and money—by helping owners build teams, optimise cash flow, and develop growth strategies. Her leadership has benefited clients across Western Australia, fostering growth by aligning people, marketing, and processes for cohesive success.

Specialising in sales strategy, marketing, operational systems, and team development, I help small businesses grow and overcome challenges. I focus on a people-first approach to managing teams and finances. With years of working with business owners in both urban and regional Western Australia, I am passionate about helping you get more from your business.

    After a successful career as a high-performing employee in corporate sales, I know two things about small businesses. Owners never have enough time, employees, or insight into what they really need in their business.

    Vic has been a founding member of Volumise since our inception. She started as a bookkeeping consultant and worked in that role for 3.5 years. After a six-month sabbatical at a larger organisation, she has returned to take on the Finance Manager position. In addition to her new role, Vic continues to offer her expertise and support our clients in bookkeeping and payroll as needed.
